- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together soyaki sauce, Thai-style red curry sauce, coconut milk, and minced garlic. Add water to achieve your preferred sauce consistency.
- Place 20 frozen gyoza-style potstickers in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Once done, garnish with fresh cilantro and green onions, and add chili onion or chili crisp if desired.
