For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soyaki Sauce Teriyaki sauce is a good substitute.
  • 1 cup Thai-style Red Curry Sauce Use another brand if not available.
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Milk Mix 3/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup yogurt for a non-coconut alternative.
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic Fresh garlic is preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons Water Adjust for desired sauce consistency.
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Optional garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chives can be used instead.
  • 1 tablespoon Crunchy Chili Onion or Chili Crisp Optional for extra heat.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together soyaki sauce, Thai-style red curry sauce, coconut milk, and minced garlic. Add water to achieve your preferred sauce consistency.
  3. Place 20 frozen gyoza-style potstickers in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Once done, garnish with fresh cilantro and green onions, and add chili onion or chili crisp if desired.
