Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 7-9 minutes, breaking it apart until evenly browned and no longer pink.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of thick-cut bread, ensuring the entire surface is coated.
  4. Layer one slice of bread buttered-side down with shredded cheddar cheese, seasoned ground beef, and shredded mozzarella on top. Cover with another slice of bread, buttered-side up.
  5. Toast the assembled sandwich on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, pressing down gently until golden brown. Flip to toast the other side.
  6. Continue cooking the second side for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted. Allow to rest for a minute before slicing.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half to reveal the melted cheese and flavorful beef. Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
