Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a jelly roll pan with non-stick spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a small bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. In a saucepan, combine butter, cocoa powder, and water over medium heat until boiling.
  6. Pour the hot chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine.
  7. Fold in the wet mixture until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
