Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and halve the cherry tomatoes. Combine these veggies in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Once the pasta has cooled, add it to the mixing bowl. Crumble feta cheese over the top, and add cilantro if using.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice until smooth. Add chili powder, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Adjust seasoning before serving and enjoy chilled.
