Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose baking mix and granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add the half and half and melted butter to the dry mixture, stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Using a medium cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of the dough onto prepared cookie sheets, leaving space between.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle coarse raw cane sugar on top of each cookie before baking.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and tops are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Prepare the glaze.
