Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, and softened light cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup to taste and stir well to combine.
  3. Fold in rolled oats and chia seeds, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Crush graham crackers into small pieces and fold into the oat mixture.
  5. Dice half of the fresh strawberries and fold them in, lightly mashing some to release juices.
  6. Transfer mixture to an airtight container or cover tightly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. The next morning, stir the oats, adjust consistency with milk if necessary, and top with remaining strawberries before serving.
