For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salmon fillets and marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, toasted walnuts, and red onion.
  5. In a jar, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake to combine.
  6. Once salmon is finished baking, flake it over the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
