Preparation Steps
- Press the firm tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F to 400°F). Oil the grill grates.
- Grill the marinated tofu cubes for about 5 minutes on each side until charred.
- Remove from the grill, let rest, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
