  • 1 block Firm Tofu Press to remove excess moisture
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Prevents sticking during grilling
For the Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce Adjust according to spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Substitute with maple syrup for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Press the firm tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F to 400°F). Oil the grill grates.
  6. Grill the marinated tofu cubes for about 5 minutes on each side until charred.
  7. Remove from the grill, let rest, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
