Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Core and chop apples into bite-sized pieces just before serving. Toast cashews in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried mixed greens, chopped apples, and toasted cashews. If adding cheese, crumble it in and gently toss the salad.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss using salad tongs or clean hands to ensure all ingredients are coated evenly.
