- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In your skillet, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with warmed heavy cream. Stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the bottom of your skillet and place ghost marshmallows on top. Press mini chocolate chips into the marshmallows.
