Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the beef sirloin with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix everything well and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Cook the Korean ramen noodles according to package directions, approximately 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated beef slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in beef broth, gochugaru, and gochujang, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles, heavy cream, chopped kimchi, and half of the green onions. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve in bowls, topping with seared beef, remaining green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy hot!
