- In a bowl, combine the beef sirloin with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix everything well and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook the Korean ramen noodles according to package directions, approximately 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated beef slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in beef broth, gochugaru, and gochujang, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles, heavy cream, chopped kimchi, and half of the green onions. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve in bowls, topping with seared beef, remaining green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy hot!
