Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, and honey. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss large shrimp with cornstarch and salt until evenly coated. Set aside on a plate.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer, cooking for about 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute.
  4. In the same skillet, add green onions and green beans. Stir-fry for about 4 minutes, then add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  5. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, pour in the Hunan sauce, and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
