- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas until mostly smooth, leaving some lumps for texture.
- Mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil or melted butter until smooth.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
