Cooking Instructions
  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions, roughly forming patties. Season with salt and pepper and let sit.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread one seasoned beef patty over it, leaving a small border.
  3. Preheat a skillet, add oil, and place the tortilla beef-side down. Press down to flatten and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  4. Flip the tortilla carefully and place a slice of cheese on top of the beef. Cook 1-3 more minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Repeat the cooking process with remaining tortillas and beef patties, cooking in batches if necessary.
  6. Assemble by adding burger sauce, lettuce, onions, and pickles on each taco. Customize as desired.
