Cooking Instructions
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions, roughly forming patties. Season with salt and pepper and let sit.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread one seasoned beef patty over it, leaving a small border.
- Preheat a skillet, add oil, and place the tortilla beef-side down. Press down to flatten and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Flip the tortilla carefully and place a slice of cheese on top of the beef. Cook 1-3 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Repeat the cooking process with remaining tortillas and beef patties, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Assemble by adding burger sauce, lettuce, onions, and pickles on each taco. Customize as desired.

Notes
Monitor cooking time to prevent burning. Fresh tortillas enhance the taste. Store leftovers properly.
