Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss the beef until each piece is well coated with the spices.
  2. Grease your slow cooker with a drizzle of olive oil, then place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom. Drizzle half of the melted butter and olive oil mixture over the potatoes, then spread the finely minced garlic over the potatoes.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned beef cubes on top of the layer of potatoes in the slow cooker. Pour the remaining melted butter and olive oil over the beef.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, gently stir the mixture to combine the beef and potatoes. Garnish generously with freshly chopped parsley.
