Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by placing chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the chicken broth evenly over the chicken.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes over the top, ensuring an even distribution.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  4. About 30-45 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup, stirring gently.
  5. Once the cream cheese has melted, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, adjusting seasonings as necessary. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
