Step-by-Step Instructions for Tuscan Hamburger Steaks
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, dried onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, divide into 4 portions and shape into balls.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add beef balls, press down to make patties, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until creamy. Add spinach and mix until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, allowing to melt. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return patties to the skillet and spoon sauce over. Simmer for about 5 minutes to meld flavors.
