Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place chicken thighs in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over chicken, then sprinkle smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano on top.
  3. Layer sliced onions and minced garlic over the chicken.
  4. Scatter kalamata olives evenly across the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken and let sit for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with a drizzle of lemony juices and garnish with fresh oregano and lemon slices.
