  • 2 cups Vegetables Peas, carrots, or any other preferred veggies.
  • 1 cup Broth Chicken or seafood broth, or vegetable broth for lighter option.
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Adjust to your preferred heat level.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Adjust to your preferred heat level.
Topping
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes Freshly made or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Cheese Preferably cheddar, or any favorite melting cheese.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling fresh potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes, then mash with butter and milk until creamy.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté vegetables with broth over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add shrimp and crab to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  5. Mix in cheese and spices, stirring for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and combined.
  6. Transfer seafood mixture to a greased baking dish and dollop with prepared mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
