- Transfer lamb to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth to deglaze and scrape the brown bits. Stir in mustard, cream, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
