Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cube the mozzarella cheese and fold it into the meat mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a uniform loaf.
  5. Bake in the oven for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 150°F (65°C).
  6. Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the meatloaf and sprinkle additional mozzarella on top.
  7. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
