Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in colorful bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir well. Simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Sprinkle the stir-fry with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
