  • 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
Optional Glaze Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • oven

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to gently mix until just combined, ensuring not to overmix for a tender meatloaf.
  2. Carefully transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it into a freeform loaf on a baking sheet. Aim for a uniform thickness of about 2–3 inches to ensure even cooking.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot and ready for baking.
  4. Place the meatloaf in the center rack and bake for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. If desired, brush the top of the meatloaf with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board before slicing.
