- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to gently mix until just combined, ensuring not to overmix for a tender meatloaf.
- Carefully transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it into a freeform loaf on a baking sheet. Aim for a uniform thickness of about 2–3 inches to ensure even cooking.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot and ready for baking.
