  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1/2 cup Milk plant-based milk works as alternative

  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded or Gruyère/Fontina

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the Ground Beef with Onion and Garlic Powder for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Baking Dish by greasing it with melted butter.
  4. Layer half of the thinly sliced potatoes at the bottom.
  5. Add half the browned ground beef mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Repeat the layering with remaining potatoes and ground beef.
  7. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over the layers.
  8. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  9. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
