Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure optimal browning.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, about 2 minutes until golden.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne in a bowl.
  5. Brush seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  7. Remove chicken and add juice of half a lemon to remaining butter to create a sauce.
