  • 16 oz Rotini Pasta Can substitute with penne or shells.
For the Meat & Veggies
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef Opt for 90/10 lean beef.
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion Diced.
  • 1 medium Green Pepper Diced.
  • 2 cups Mushrooms Diced, optional.
For the Sauce
  • 10.5 oz Campbell's French Onion Soup Can substitute with beef broth and onion powder.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
For Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Butter For sautéing.
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Black Pepper To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley For garnish.
For the Cheese
  • 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Can swap for provolone or white cheddar.

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion, green pepper, and mushrooms until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for 3 more minutes. Add paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up while cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in French onion soup and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Mix in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Fold in cooked rotini and dried parsley, stir to coat and cook for 2-3 minutes on low.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in shredded mozzarella until melted. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
