Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil's food cake mix and the instant chocolate pudding.
  3. Add in the four large eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and warm water. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
