- Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing ricotta cheese with half of the basil pesto and any optional spinach.
- Roll each lasagna noodle with approximately 2 tablespoons of the ricotta filling.
- Assemble the rolls in a greased baking dish, seam-side down, and drizzle remaining pesto on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
