- Preheat your oven to 120°C fan-forced (or 140°C conventional).
- Prepare baking paper by drawing a Christmas tree outline.
- Melt the white chocolate for stars and let them set.
- Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add caster sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in the other ingredients.
- Pipe the meringue onto the baking paper following the outline.
- Bake for 1 hour until cooked, then leave to cool in the oven for 2 hours.
- Assemble by filling the meringue with whipped cream, strawberries, and passionfruit.
- Decorate with chocolate stars and icing sugar just before serving.
