Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter until resembling wet sand. Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in half of the whipped topping and spread evenly over the chilled crust.
- Spoon blueberry preserves over the cream layer and spread gently. Optionally mix in fresh blueberries for added texture.
- Take the remaining whipped topping and spread it evenly over the blueberry layer.
- Decorate the top with halved strawberries and whole blueberries. Optionally drizzle extra blueberry preserves over the fruit.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
