- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter until fully blended. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream layer evenly over the chilled crust.
- Smooth blueberry preserves over the cream layer. Optionally, mix in some whole fresh blueberries.
- Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the blueberry layer.
- Decorate with halved fresh strawberries and whole blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, then serve chilled.
