- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash 3 to 4 very ripe bananas in a bowl until you reach your desired texture, aiming for about 1 ½ cups.
- In another bowl, mix 2 beaten eggs with the mashed bananas, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil, and ¾ cup of sugar until well combined.
