Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 1 pound Ground Beef or a blend of beef and lamb
  • 3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1/2 large Onion finely diced
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt opt for low-fat if desired
  • 1 large Cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill or fresh mint if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh preferred
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese or goat cheese as a swap
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions

Method
 

Prepare Tzatziki Sauce
  1. Grate one cucumber, then drain excess moisture for about 15 minutes. Combine with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, and lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate.
Create Meatloaf Mixture
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and feta. Mix gently until combined.
Shape and Bake Sliders
  1. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into patties. Bake them on a greased sheet for 20-22 minutes.
Prepare Buns and Vegetables
  1. Toast burger buns until golden. Slice vegetables and set them aside.
Assemble Sliders
  1. Spread tzatziki on each toasted bun, add a patty, mozzarella, and vegetables. Top with the bun and serve.
