Step-by-Step Instructions for Lindt Stuffed Cookies
  1. Melt half of the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream remaining butter with brown and white sugars until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix on low speed until just combined.
