For the Whipped Cream
  • 1 cups Heavy whipping cream Ensure well-chilled before whipping
  • 1/4 cups Powdered sugar Use to taste based on preference

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into a pie pan and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  3. Blend sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Pour into the cooled crust.
  4. Bake the pie for 20 minutes until edges of filling are set and slightly golden. Cool on a rack.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and a splash of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  7. Spread whipped cream over the chilled pie and serve after adding a sprinkle of lemon zest.
