- Begin by shredding one cup of fresh carrots and wash two cups of spinach thoroughly. Set aside.
- In your slow cooker, start by adding a layer of Alfredo sauce to cover the bottom. Add a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by half of the carrots, half of the spinach, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat, finishing with Alfredo sauce and cheese.
- Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top layer of cheese.
- Cover the slow cooker and set to low heat. Cook for approximately 3 hours until bubbly and hot throughout.
- Carefully scoop portions and serve hot. Garnish with additional mozzarella or herbs if desired.
