Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by shredding one cup of fresh carrots and wash two cups of spinach thoroughly. Set aside.
  2. In your slow cooker, start by adding a layer of Alfredo sauce to cover the bottom. Add a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by half of the carrots, half of the spinach, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat, finishing with Alfredo sauce and cheese.
  3. Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top layer of cheese.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set to low heat. Cook for approximately 3 hours until bubbly and hot throughout.
  5. Carefully scoop portions and serve hot. Garnish with additional mozzarella or herbs if desired.
