  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, green chiles, black beans, taco seasoning, salsa, egg, onion, and oatmeal. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  5. Remove from oven, pour red enchilada sauce over top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
