- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, seasoned breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet or into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the shaped meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
