- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
- In the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
