Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
  6. In the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
