Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, large eggs, and garlic powder. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  4. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The top should be golden-brown.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
