  4. On parchment paper, shape the meat mixture into a rectangle, about 1 inch thick. Spread cheese slices and chopped greens evenly.
  5. Carefully roll the meat mixture tightly into a loaf shape using the parchment paper.
  6. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down into the greased loaf pan.
