Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your broiler on low. Slice the French baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Broil for 3–5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp, diced onion and diced celery. Cook for about 1 minute until shrimp turns opaque.

  3. Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute until the spices and garlic fully infuse.

  4. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, Parmesan, and Fontina to the skillet. Stir until melted and blended into a creamy mixture.
