- Preheat your broiler on low. Slice the French baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Broil for 3–5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp, diced onion and diced celery. Cook for about 1 minute until shrimp turns opaque.

- Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute until the spices and garlic fully infuse.

- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, Parmesan, and Fontina to the skillet. Stir until melted and blended into a creamy mixture.

- Spoon the shrimp mixture onto each slice of toasted baguette. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
