- Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter in a bowl. Press into a springform pan to form a crust. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate and allow to cool. Whip heavy cream with sugar, fold in dark chocolate and pour over crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt milk chocolate. Whip cream with sugar, fold in milk chocolate and layer over dark chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate. Whip cream with sugar, fold in white chocolate and spread over the milk chocolate layer. Chill again.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate curls or fresh berries.
