  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
For the Dark Chocolate Mousse
  • 200 grams Dark Chocolate 70% cocoa recommended
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin optional
For the Milk Chocolate Mousse
  • 200 grams Milk Chocolate
For the White Chocolate Mousse
  • 200 grams White Chocolate
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Chocolate Curls
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter in a bowl. Press into a springform pan to form a crust. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and allow to cool. Whip heavy cream with sugar, fold in dark chocolate and pour over crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt milk chocolate. Whip cream with sugar, fold in milk chocolate and layer over dark chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate. Whip cream with sugar, fold in white chocolate and spread over the milk chocolate layer. Chill again.
  5. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate curls or fresh berries.
