Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the Meat: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef, cooking until nicely browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
  2. Season and Simmer: Stir in taco seasoning, ground cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add water and let simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: While the meat simmers, preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Wrap: Lay out a 12-inch tortilla. Spoon about 1/4 cup of beef mixture in the center; top with nacho cheese, tostada shell, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.
  5. Fold the Tortilla: Place a 6-inch tortilla on top and fold the edges of the larger tortilla over the filling, creating pleats to tuck in all ingredients.
  6. Prepare for Air Frying: Spray the air fryer basket and place the assembled wrap seam-side down into the basket, lightly spray the top.
  7. Air Fry the Crunchwrap: Cook for 4 minutes, carefully flip halfway through, spraying again to ensure even crispiness.
  8. Repeat and Serve: Remove from air fryer, keep warm, and repeat for remaining wraps. Serve with your favorite salsa, guacamole, or tortilla chips.
