- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage or ground beef for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce to the meat. Stir in the Italian seasoning and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, beaten egg, and dried parsley. Mix until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and repeat. Finish with meat sauce on top.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, cover with foil, and bake for 55 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
