Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder for the glaze, and apply half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and return to the oven.
  6. Check for doneness after an additional 15–30 minutes; internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
