- Combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder for the glaze, and apply half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and return to the oven.
- Check for doneness after an additional 15–30 minutes; internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
