- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the baking dish with butter.
- Layer half of the rye bread slices across the bottom of the greased dish.
- Spread half of the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bread layer.
- Layer half of the corned beef evenly over the dressing.
- Evenly sprinkle half of the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef layer.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of the assembled Reuben Bake.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
