- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a muffin tin with baking spray.

- In a bowl, mix hash browns, cheddar cheese, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Press into muffin tin to form nests.

- Bake the nests in the oven for about 20 minutes until edges are crispy and golden brown.

- Whisk together remaining cheddar cheese, large eggs, milk, and cooked bacon until smooth.

- Pour egg mixture into baked nests, filling almost to the top.

- Return to oven and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set.

- Let cool for 5 minutes, run a knife around edges, and remove from tin. Garnish and serve.
