Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce by whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, and rice vinegar until fully dissolved.
  2. Shred the cabbage and carrots, then slice the green onions. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add shredded cabbage and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until cabbage softens slightly.
  7. Pour prepared sauce over the mixture, stirring well and cooking for another minute.
  8. Fold sliced green onions into the stir fry for about 30 seconds, then serve hot.
