Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to a steady 300°F (150°C). Marinate chicken breasts in melted butter and Italian seasoning.
  2. Place seasoned chicken on the grill, cooking for 20–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti, and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced onions, bell peppers, and shredded carrots for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Stir in tomato sauce, salted butter, brown sugar, garlic, basil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
